These shoes kept out enough sand so I didn’t need to keep emptying them. I walked for an hour through the jungle in Costa Rica and they were quite supportive too.

These shoes fit perfectly. I wear a size 12 and ordered accordingly. I wore these on the beach in Haiti and The Bahamas and they felt great. They are very comfortable, protected my feet from the rocks, etc and dried relatively quickly.

When I took these out of the box, I didn’t expect much from them since they were very light. But then I put them on and went for a run and wow these were very good. They have good heel support and lots of flexibility throughout the ball of the foot. I would highly recommend this running shoe.
